"The Boomerang is a very valuable shooting tool, and is used literally everyday here either with our Box Hill players or with State, ITCP or domestic players. I can have a group of players getting a productive shooting workout at one end on their own, yet I can still work at the other end and oversee everything without the need for another coach present.
Also for individual practice the Boomerang is great; our players can come in, set the Boomerang up by themselves, and get up 100 shots of the bounce, 100 three point shots and 100 free throws in a very short amount of time. Because the Boomerang is so versatile in design having different mounting options for the chute and being able to use it with or without the ramp or the ball stop; I love how I get to invent drills that simulate different game like shooting situations. "I have been using the Boomerang Portable shooting system for about 6 months now with the NSW Shoalhaven NITCP Athletes. During the 6 months I have definitely seen a greater improvement in the athletes shooting. The athletes are able to get more shots up in limited time, and I believe repetition is a key part of any athletes learning and the Boomerang definitely provides this aspect.
