Improved "quality" of practice...
Perfect practice makes perfect! The Boomerang's unique net design forces players to shoot with the biomechanically optimum trajectory (i.e. “arc”) on their shot, preventing "flat shots" and greatly enhancing the quality of practice (particularly when practicing without coach supervision).

By returning both "missed" and "made" shots the Boomerang makes it possible for a significantly greater volume of practice to be performed in a fraction of the time. This allows for much more efficient use of (often limited) practice time.

Accelerated motor skill learning and muscle memory development...
The Boomerang eliminates the usual time delay between shot attempts ensuring that the mental picture and feedback from the previous shot is still vivid and strong. This greatly assists players to "go to school" on each shot and immediately make the necessary adjustments to their next shot.
Players often very quickly then get into a groove of high repetition, high quality shooting form which rapidly develops their muscle memory and has good transference into games.
